brown pita (soft taco style)- set the pitta to warm up over the pan you cooked your egg

1 fried egg(omelet style) - cook with a bit of butter makes a difference instead of oil

 

BTW: you can add in some sliced avocado or arugula or any other green (spinach is a good idea - high in iron), even some bell peppers.
