Begin by lining your crackers or biscuits on a tray. On every cracker smear on the mashed banana and the peanut butter or honey, then put the other biscuit on top. (I usually add honey on one side and peanut butter on the other. Close the sandwich and you're done. If you want an extra touch of the s'more idea, in a pan add a bit of butter wait until it sizzles and leave the biscuit in for a couple seconds until golden brown. Remove and enjoy!

You can make your own variations by adding marmelade for example and switching bananas for strawberrries or butter.
